Online Sessions
Training sessions are designed to be fun and challenging. Saves you time and money, so no travelling to the gym and back. Simply turn on your laptop, Ipad, Tablet or any mobile device and one of our trainers will be there for your training session.

We also provide homework out kits, including resistant bands, weights, skipping ropes and more. Please speak to your online trainer to find out more.

Regimes used include circuits, weight training, intensive weight loss, shadow boxing, endurance and strength training. All sessions last for a duration of 45mins.

This will include, weekly weighins,  body composition percentage, BMI, posture assessment, flexibility and hip to waist ratio. These tests provide concrete statistics to help achieve your goals and monitor your progression. Sessions are booked at your convinience.

Our Personal Trainers are fully qualified and accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS). They are fully insured and undergo regular training to ensure they offer the very best service.
